The future of healthcare is not confined to clinics and offices but extends to patients' homes. Telemonitoring makes this future possible.
MDA "Medical Data Analysis" bridges innovations in the IT sector, engineering solutions, and medical expertise. We make new methodologies accessible to doctors and patients, ensuring they bring real benefits to health preservation.
Prolonged Holter ECG is a clinically and scientifically validated methodology for telemonitoring in outpatient settings.
Available to every specialist, general practitioner, and patient.
The Holter ECG monitors the heart’s electrical activity (electrocardiogram) over 24 to 48 hours using a device typically attached to a belt and several electrodes placed at specific points on the chest.
Modern technological advancements allow devices to be smaller, waterproof, and equipped with significantly longer-lasting batteries, enabling extended monitoring and greater comfort. We make them accessible to specialists, general practitioners, and patients. The device can be provided on-site or delivered via courier to clinics, healthcare facilities, or directly to patients’ homes.
It is suitable for patients with symptoms that are rare or unpredictable (e.g., occurring once every few days or weeks). The goal is to detect rhythm issues, sometimes asymptomatic, that significantly increase the risk of stroke or heart failure. In patients with recurrent episodes of loss of consciousness, it is a tool to identify or rule out rhythm and conduction disorders.
Long-term monitoring provides a more detailed picture of heart activity and the condition of patients with chronic heart diseases. For athletes, it is an excellent tool for monitoring training and recovery.
The device application is easy. The package that the patient receives includes detailed instructions and information. If any issues arise during monitoring, the patient can contact us via email or phone.
Depending on the examination mode:
• Offline mode (Faros): The results are analyzed after the monitoring is completed.
• Online mode (Vivalink): The data is continuously sent to the telemedicine center. After the monitoring is completed, the data is processed in an integrated cloud system, and an analysis is prepared. A trained cardiologist reviews the analysis, verifies the accuracy of the results, and prepares a conclusion.
Medical Data Analysis is a Bulgarian company with local logistics, part of an international telemonitoring system headquartered in the Czech Republic. Our international experience and collaboration enable us to deliver clinically validated and scientifically tested methodologies for outpatient monitoring.
By leveraging machine learning, we uncover previously unknown ECG characteristics that can aid in diagnosing current health conditions and predicting the patient’s future health.
